Gandhi Jayanthi Celebration

Mahatma Gandhiji, considered as the symbol of peace and non-violence across the globe, has inspired and continues to inspire the people across generations. This year being 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhiji, the entire nation celebrated the occasion with great cheer.

RPS had weeklong celebrations on the 150th Birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. The celebrations gave the students enlightment about the great personality. From 23rd September to 2nd October ,each day the school had conducted programmes regarding Gandhi Jayanti.Programmes like speeches by students-teachers, Singing by students on the theme of sathyagraha,film shows, drawing and paintings competition, (Shramadhan) Cleaning the surrounding and finally celebration on 2nd October.
